Not only do we have to stop Bill C-52 but we have to stop this massacre. They kill (murder) people, and then because they claim that some of the side effects could result in death that then they are cleared of all charges. No matter how you toss the dice, it's a crime punishable by law. If you rob a bank, it doesn’t matter how you robbed the bank, you’re still guilty. To do our part and stand up to these criminals is long over-do. We have to stop the killings and the drugs. Killing another person is a crime, no matter how you do it. Some time ago while I was studying law, I came across a law which states that: (and here’s the kicker) If a number of people (upstanding citizens) collectively claim that a crime has been committed, then it is so and is punishable by law. This is law. Anyone can charge anybody with anything. This is law. So can we charge them with murder? Yes we can, so says the law. Do we have evidence to support our charge? (Tons of it) Do we have witnesses? (Thousands) Every one who has lost a loved one to these killing drugs is a witness and will claim that it was a crime (murder) Do we have substantial amount of people to say a crime (murder) has been committed. You know we do. What else makes this murder? They know these drugs are killing people and yet they keep giving them out to people If health Canada has been an implicated in these crimes, then they have to be held accountable for their actions. Look, we have to hit these criminals with all we've got. The 3rd reading of C52 could never happen if they are sitting in jail for murder. How could they possibly pass a bill in their favour if they are being charged with a crime? Stop pussy footing around with these criminals...Let them have it with both barrels. They’ve asked for it. Keep in mind that while they are being charged with a crime and while they are up on charges they cannot have a vote on any legal matters. So win or lose....Charge them. Whether they're convicted or not, while they're up on charges, they're handicapped, thus allowing us to win. Once you ring the bell (charge them with murder) it becomes impossible to unring the bell. It carries allot of clout. While they're up on criminal charges they'll lose all credibility and thus have no viable voice in court. What disgusts me more than anything about this Bill, is the complete lack of respect on the part of government to think that they could sneak this by the public under the guise of 'safety'. And, not only that! There's an organization, the health food association, that is meeting in clandestine meetings with government, and has been part of creating this bill, and then they say that they represent the thinking of the entire industry. They only have 1500 members, whom they've never polled to get their position and who are mostly just plain confused, and imply that they represent the interests of the natural health community in Canada on this Bill. That gets me boiling, too. Good for Common Ground magazine for doing something about it. Thank you someone, for starting this topic.
